INARNG’s Need for Case Management Services
The INARNG required non-clinical case management services for its 11,500 soldiers to meet its mandated medical readiness goals. These goals included completing all soldier treatment records with the following information:
Medical and dental history
Physical examinations
Laboratory results
Medication prescriptions
Treatment and procedure results
Any disabilities or limitations
Vergence’s Approach
Vergence, an 8(a) certified business, utilized its extensive experience providing healthcare solutions for mission critical projects. The Vergence team deployed a proprietary, repeatedly proven, and comprehensive healthcare program consisting of three key task areas.
Case Management

Case Coordination

Administrative Case Coordination

The Vergence team included the following key personnel:
Program Manager: Oversaw the contract deliverables and served as a conduit between the government and Vergence personnel. Orchestrated all three task areas to ensure overall harmony.
